JVC-11 is the meeting of the established series of Joint Vacuum Conferences, which are organized at two-years intervals by the Austrian, the Croatian, the Hungarian and Slovenian national vacuum societies. Two years ago, the Czech Vacuum Society was commonly with Slovak Vacuum Society joined among the countries organizing JVC meetings and accepted opportunity to organize JVC-11 meeting in Prague.

The organizer – Czech Vacuum Society with the co-organizer Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, have pleasure to bring to your attention 11th Joint Vacuum Conference, JVC – 11, which will be held at the congress facility of the TOP Hotel Praha in Prague on September 24 – 28, 2006. All scientists working in the field of the conference topics are invited to attend this conference, present and discussed their latest results in a stimulating scientific environment.

Language

The official language of the Conference will be English.

Scope

The aim of the Joint Vacuum Conference is to bring together scientists from academia, university and industry and suppliers of the scientific equipments. The organizers want to create a stimulating atmosphere for exchanging knowledge and experiences and to establish new contacts and collaborations between the participants and research groups.
